This project will support the removal of derelict water control infrastructure and breaching dikes to restore over 1,200 hectares of wetlands in Six Mile Slough for migrating waterfowl and provide critical habitat for other species including white sturgeon, burbot, northern leopard frog, Forster's tern and American bittern.
